    We serve our customers all around the London – inside the M25 motorway.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash or credit/debit card payments. All payments are to be made upon job completion.

  • Is there a shopping time charge?

    If you require us to shop for materials for you, we will charge the time at our hourly rates.

  • Is there a cancellation charge?

    We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy – cancellations given less than 24 hours in advance will incur a one hour charge. Ideally, we’d like to avoid this so we can prioritise other jobs in the area. If you need to cancel, please let us know ASAP.

  • Will the handyman arrive prepared with the right tools?

    Yes, your handyman will arrive with the set off tools to complete the agreed job.

  • Do you carry step ladders?

    We do not normally carry step ladders. Without step ladder we can reach safe working height of 215cm (aound 7 feet) above the floor level. If you would like us to bring the step ladder – please let us know when you are making the booking. Additional step ladder charge will apply.

  • Could you offer a quote for my job?

    For some jobs (like one TV mounting on the wall) we might be able to offer a quote or fixed price. But if you have a list of the jobs then you will be charged accordingly to our hourly rates.

  • My job is straight forward and it will take 15 minutes maximum to complete it. How much will you charge me?

    If the job will take less than 1 hour then the minimum charge of 1 hour will apply.
